Inspired by my late father’s passion for authentic Caribbean cuisine, we honour his legacy with mouthwatering jerk meats, slow-cooked broths, and fusion dishes that transport you straight to the islands. Located in the Birds Nest Estate, Chipping Sodbury, we offer a true taste of the Caribbean, complete with refreshing soft drinks, draft beers, and expertly crafted cocktails.
